What’s THEIR Problem!?

After observing a place, we had to step into the shoes of the people who existed there and think of any possible problems they could have, and what they could be thinking about. We also had to come up with who was there, what they were doing, when they were doing it, where they were doing it, why they were doing it, what obstacles they faced, and how it happened. After doing both of these things, we came up with some things that we could think more about to help make these peoples lives easier. We chose to think about a restaurant and what the people in there were doing, but mainly focus on the bartenders and servers and how we might make their shifts easier.
