For this Project I made a simple animation in blender using the grease pencil. I wanted it to be inspired by the movie Kiki’s Delivery Service and Japanese vending machines.

I used simple modeling for the objects, and then had three grease pencils, one for the vending machine, one for the cat, and one for the background. For the background I added some texture and depth to it and then animated it so it would move back and forth a bit. For the foreground object I created static in the outline so it would seem more like hand-drawn animation.
