Observation 2: Self


Alone Time: Over the course of a week I spent time recording my thoughts and what my mind drifted to when I was alone and not doing anything. I thought a lot about things I had to do later that day or thinking about a show I have been watching or a hobby I wanted to do after classes.

I found reflecting on my thoughts useful as it helped me to realize that I could be doing more of the things that I find interesting instead of thinking about doing them while scrolling through tik tok or the like.
