
Alone Time: Over the course of a week, I documented my thoughts and what I tended to do during the times when I was alone. I realized that I listen to a lot of music, think about what I have to do that day, new hobbies that I want to try, and other things like that

I really enjoyed getting the chance to see more in depth what I think about because it showed me that I could be spending more time learning new hobbies that I want or achieving some of my goals instead of scrolling through tik tok thinking about doing those things.
